The holiday home for 7 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with five single beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a stereo. The spacious home is fully equipped and ideal for families with young children. The house is suitable for a maximum of five adults, two children up to 12 years old, and a baby up to 2 years old. The house features 2 bedrooms with 2 single box-spring beds, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, and 1 bedroom with a single box-spring bed and 1 small bed (excluding bed linen). A washing machine and dryer are available, as well as a wagon, changing table, a cot and high chair, and a safety gate.

The house is located on a versatile holiday park with indoor and outdoor playgrounds, a pony ranch, and an entertainment program. The adjacent park features an indoor swimming pool, which you can use free of charge as a guest—perfect for families with children. While the little ones are having fun, you can relax on the terrace or by the water.

The accommodation features a spacious garden. All waterfront houses are equipped with fencing on the waterside, ensuring children can play safely in the garden. This allows everyone to enjoy well-deserved relaxation. Please note that not every children's villa located by the water has its own fishing jetty.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
