The holiday home for 20 persons has four bathrooms and nine bedrooms and is equipped with six double beds or two single beds, five single beds, a bunk bed and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a stereo. In addition there is a terrace, an atmospheric fireplace, a table tennis table, a trampoline, a set of garden furniture, a football table, a garden, a billiard, a bicycle parking and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four toilets, four showers, four washbasins, a bath and a bath or shower.

Most afternoons drift naturally between the terrace, garden, and nearby coastal trails while children disappear toward the trampoline, table tennis, and games rooms spread throughout the house. Once everyone returns from the beach or cycling routes, long dinners and barbecue evenings usually continue late into the night beneath the open sky.

Egmond aan Zee Beach can be reached within roughly 15 minutes and is especially popular for dune walks, beach cafés, and swimming along the North Sea coastline. Noordhollands Duinreservaat lies around 19 minutes away with extensive cycling and hiking trails crossing forests, dunes, and open heathland landscapes. Guests looking for cultural day trips often head toward Alkmaar roughly 15 minutes away for canal cruises and the traditional cheese market at Waagplein, while Bergen can be reached within approximately 20 minutes for galleries, boutique shops, and Museum Kranenburgh. Schoorlse Duinen also lies nearby for some of the country’s highest dune landscapes and forest trails.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
