The holiday home for 11 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with nine single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a TV, a heater, an infrared sauna, a heather and a stereo. In addition there is a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a barbecue, a boules court and a sauna and there are two terraces, two gardens and two sets of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with two showers, a toilet, three washbasins and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment and a playpen and there are three cots and two high chairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a convection microwave, two dishwashers, a stove and a microwave.

This magnificent 3-bedroom villa in Venhorst, North Brabant houses 11 people and comes with 1 hectare of a private forest. If being in the lap of nature wasn't enough, it also has a private swimming pool and sauna for relaxation.

The Billybird Theme Park is 10 km away, as is the De Bergen recreational pond. Arcen's castle gardens are 50 km from here and are worth a visit. The towns of Den Bosch and Eindhoven are both 35 km away and are excellent for shopping. You will find restaurants in a 1 km radius of the home, and general supplies are available 4 km away from here. You can bring 2 pets here for a fee of € 25 per pet for the duration of your stay.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
