General

The holiday home for 2 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is a garden and a terrace. You can park your car on two parkings. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, a shower and a toilet.

The holiday home has a fridge.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, een afzuigkap and a stove.

You can't stay more detached than here. This fine cottage is sheltered among the meadows in the countryside below Breda. Start the day quietly with a cup of coffee under the veranda and think of your plans: endless walking or cycling in nature, a visit to Breda or Antwerp, or indoor skiing or ice-karting in Rucphen. But perhaps the very best thing is just doing nothing, reading a bit and enjoying the unprecedented peace and quiet. Pets are welcome and can play freely in the enclosed garden.

The property is located near the small village of Schijf, almost on the border with Belgium. Schijf has a supermarket and several restaurants. The cosy Brabant village of Rucphen is 4.5 km away. Here you will find a local bakery for fresh bread and of course the famous Brabant sausage rolls. There are several supermarkets and Rucphen has a wide choice of restaurants and catering establishments. Rucphen is also known for Snowworld, where you can go indoor skiing or ice karting. The surroundings are very natural. Forests, heathland, grassland and shifting sands alternate. This gives you constantly new views during walking and cycling tours.

For a day out, the Efteling, Safaripark de Beekse Bergen, Antwerp and Breda and the Biesbosch can all be reached within an hour. Even the beaches of Zeeland can be visited within an hour.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
