Each tiny house has been thoughtfully designed to make the most of its compact space while ensuring a cozy and practical stay. Inside, guests will find a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with stovetop, refrigerator, and essentials, a dining and living area with forest views, and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Large windows fill the interiors with natural light, and the private terrace offers the perfect spot. Sustainable heating and insulation make the houses suitable for stays all year round. The location on the edge of the Kattenbergsebroek reserve provides direct access to hiking and cycling trails through a landscape of woods, heathlands, and fens. Between 0:00 - 22:00 and 9:00 - 0:00, guests are kindly requested to respect peace and limit any noises We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. Business guests are welcome in this accommodation, but there is a personal volume restriction. The maximum number of persons staying must be equal to the number of bedrooms of the accommodation. Exceeding is not permitted. (for example: 3 bedrooms = 3 people maximum

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
