In addition there is a trampoline, a boules court, a table tennis table, a terrace, a garden, a set of garden furniture and a bicycle parking and there are two air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with nine washbasins, nine showers and nine toilets.

The holiday home has a freezer, two fridge-freezers and a Internet connection (wireless).

Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. House rules are displayed in the living room. Business guests are welcome in this accommodation, but there is a personal volume restriction. The maximum number of persons staying must be equal to the number of bedrooms of the accommodation. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
