General

The holiday home for 12 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with ten single beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heater. In addition there is a bar, a set of garden furniture and a garden. The badroom is equipped with seven washbasins, a bath with shower, a urinal, a shower and two toilets.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a stove and a coffee maker.

Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 275,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
