This pleasant apartment is located on the garden side of a house in Ubachsberg. It has a private outdoor terrace with stunning views of the Limburg Hills landscape. The accommodation is excellent for families. The Bernardushoeve works with Roger Flucken. If you indicate a day in advance that you would like to rent an electric bike, you can enjoy a beautiful ride through the Limburg countryside the next day. Several walking and cycling routes connect directly to the location of the Bernardushoeve. The apartment is located directly on the large terrace of the Hoeve, where there is a lively atmosphere until midnight in summer. In the first weekend of June, the annual event Limburgs Mooiste takes place. The apartment is pleasantly furnished and it features a living room and a kitchen on the ground floor. The upstairs bedrooms have plenty of comfort and you can end the day relaxing with a glass of wine on the terrace.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 100,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
