The holiday home for 16 persons has two bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds, three bunk beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a CD player, two DVD players, a fireplace, a radio, a stereo, three televisions and a heather. In addition there is a garden, a bicycle, a pond, a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue and a swimming pool. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, two showers, a bath with shower and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and there are two high chairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two microwaves, a dishwasher, two ovens and a coffee maker.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters The holiday home is situated on the same property as the house of the homeowner We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 9:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment. House rules are displayed in the living room.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
