The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions. In addition there is a bicycle parking, a sauna and an air conditioner and there are two gardens, three sets of garden furniture and two jacuzzis. You can park your car on two parkings. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a washbasin, a shower and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

This beautiful guesthouse, suitable for 4 people, is ideal for a relaxing stay with family or friends. The accommodation is practically furnished and features a dining area, open kitchen, bedroom with flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a rain shower on the first floor. Enjoy a drink together on the terrace in the green garden, or unwind in the sauna. There is also an opportunity to fully relax in the private jacuzzi. The surroundings are wonderful for cycling.

Even Belgium and Germany are just a 10-minute drive away.

The villa is located near the atmospheric village of Schinnen, rich in history and surrounded by nature. Despite its mining history, the village still exudes an authentic charm. In the vicinity, you'll find picturesque hamlets and hidden gems. The area showcases the true Limburg: charming hamlets, the Mulderplas nature reserve, vineyards, or a visit to the renowned Alfa Brewery in Thull. A walk to the Mariakapel on the Krekelberg rewards you with a stunning view. The rural surroundings, with old farmhouses, narrow roads, and expansive farmlands, still evoke the mysterious atmosphere of the infamous Bokkenrijders.

Payment terms and -periods

The deposit is at least 35% of the total travel sum and optional insurances. The remaining amount must be paid no later than six weeks before departure. In case of departure within six weeks, the amount must be paid at once.
