Restaurants and cafés can be reached within roughly 500 metres, while Valkenburg lies around 10 minutes away for limestone cave tours, castle ruins, and the famous Gemeentegrot underground passages. The Velvet Cave and Valkenburg Castle are especially worth visiting early in the day before the tour groups arrive. Wilhelminatoren and the Valkenburg toboggan run can be reached within approximately 13 minutes, while GaiaZOO sits around 20 minutes away for families travelling with children. Maastricht is also within easy driving distance for canal-side cafés, shopping streets, and long lunches around Vrijthof Square.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. House rules are displayed in the living room.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
