The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, a double sofa bed and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with two heaters and a TV. In addition there is a hot tub, a set of garden furniture, a patio and a terrace and there are two air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a washbasin and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a coffee maker.

Designed to comfortably host up to four adults and two children, the houseboat includes two bedrooms—a master bedroom with a double box-spring bed and a second bedroom with a practical bunk bed—alongside a modern bathroom equipped with a shower, washbasin, and hair dryer. Practical conveniences include free Wi-Fi, bed linen, a front terrace with patio furniture, free parking nearby, and access to marina amenities such as a shared washing machine and dryer (April through October), boat, SUP, and kayak rentals, E-chopper and fatbike rentals, and a luxury private cube sauna available for rent.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
