General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions. In addition there is a swimming pool, a set of garden furniture, a sauna, a barbecue, a roof terrace and a jacuzzi. You can park your car on a parking lot (public). The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, two toilets, a shower and a steam shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, a convection microwave, a coffee maker, a stove and a dishwasher.

This spacious and comfortable penthouse is located on the top floor of one of the two apartment buildings, that opened their doors in 2022. These buildings are located in a separate part of Resort Maastricht, called Castellum, right next to "Wellnessresort Maastricht" (for a fee). You can use the small, heated swimming pool (5 x 3 m) in the building for free; it features a powerful jet stream and relaxing chairs. There also is a laundry room. Our ambitious and beautiful resort is located just 4 km from the pleasant centre of the hip city of Maastricht.

The single-storey penthouse is accessible via a staircase. The spacious living room features a TV, as well as a nice sitting and dining area. The open kitchen is equipped with all amenities. The wine climate cabinet offers extra luxury. There are three bedrooms, each with two comfortable single box spring beds, which may or may not be used in a double setup. There are two bathrooms, one with a whirlpool, sauna and steam shower, a wonderful place to relax. The second bathroom has a shower and toilet. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal.

From the living room, you reach the spacious roof terrace with comfortable lounge area and electric barbecue. You can park your car (for free) in the central car park of the resort.

You can book various apartment and villas at Resort Maastricht, for 2 to 20 people.

Details

The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 300 / 500 may apply.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
