The holiday home for 12 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with 12 single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a gas fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a barbecue and a tennis court. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, three washbasins and two showers.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a fridge.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and there are two cots.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.

This 12-person bungalow is located at a small property between the Limburg town of Klimmen and Valkenburg. A peaceful town in the Limburg hills, but with the center of Valkenburg at a distance of 3 kilometers. There is a (communal) swimming pool, tennis court and pétanque lane for you to use free of charge. This makes it suitable for guests with decreased mobility as well. The first floor features a bathroom, a toilet and three bedrooms with a beautiful view of the hilly landscape of Limburg. From the living room, you'll have a view of the spacious garden with a terrace. You can enjoy a great barbecue here during the evenings. For the cycling fans, there is a lockable bicycle room offering a bicycle repair stand, a pump and tools. The steep road (8.8%) along the group accommodation offers an immediate challenge for the enthusiastic cyclist! The cars can be parked at the accommodation. Go for various cycling trips together Play a game of pétanque at the pétanque and tennis area or take a dive at the swimming pool. You can go for beautiful hiking or cycling trips through the hills right from the holiday home. Or you could spend some time at a terrace in Valkenburg. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
