Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted Fire pits, gourmets, fondues or other baking and grilling equipment are not allowed. Barbecuing is only allowed in designated areas Bicycles are not allowed in the apartments. There is a bicycle shed in the courtyard and bicycles can be stored in one of the covered and lockable bike sheds, for an extra charge of 1 euro per day Between 22:00 - 0:00 and 0:00 - 8:00, guests are kindly requested to respect peace and limit any noises

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
