The spacious, light-filled living room is perfect for relaxing, while the open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven/microwave combination, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and essentials like a filter coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
The home also offers air conditioning to keep cool during summer. On the terrace, you’ll find a sauna to unwind after a day of activities. The property is gas-free and includes underfloor heating, solar panels, and a heat pump. The garden shed stores the heat pump but still provides ample space for bicycles. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
