General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a fireplace and a heater. In addition there is a terrace, a swimming pool, an atmospheric fireplace, a set of garden furniture, a hot tub, a garden and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

Located at EuroParcs Maasduinen in the wooded landscapes of North Limburg, this fully detached chalet comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The cozy living area is beautifully organized with a comfortable seating area, a television, a pellet stove, and a decorative fireplace. The functional fitted kitchen comes equipped with a hob, refrigerator, combination microwave, and a Nespresso machine.

The innovative layout maximizes space, offering two cozy sleeping areas accessible via ladders: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The ground level includes a practical bathroom with a shower cabin, washbasin, and toilet. Outside, guests can relax on a private terrace with garden furniture or head over to the shared outdoor courtyard, which features a central fire pit for barbecues and a shared hot tub. Wood for the fire pit and hot tub can be purchased directly at reception. Please note that it is not possible to place a baby cot inside the home, and hot tub access may be restricted during dry periods due to fire safety.

EuroParcs may require a security deposit before arrival for guests staying in a holiday home. After departure, the accommodation will be inspected, and the deposit will be refunded within approximately three weeks if no damages, missing items, or disturbances are identified. Additional charges may apply where necessary. Guests are kindly requested to follow property rules and respect fellow guests to help ensure a smooth refund process. Please note that a higher deposit may be required during major events and festivals.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
