The Tiny House 2 is a small, beautifully cozy chalet surrounded by lush natural landscapes, offering a perfect blend of peaceful simplicity and modern comfort. Located at EuroParcs Maasduinen in North Limburg, this fully detached accommodation is an ideal romantic getaway for two. The clever layout features a warm living space complete with a television, a dining area, a pellet stove, and a decorative fireplace. The compact fitted kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, a combination microwave, a fridge, and a Nespresso machine.

To maximize space, the double bed is tucked away in a charming sleeping loft accessible via a ladder, while the ground level includes a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outside, guests can relax on a private terrace or step into the shared outdoor courtyard, which features a central fire pit for barbecues and a shared hot tub. Wood for the barbecue and hot tub can be purchased directly at reception. Please note that it is not possible to place a baby cot inside, and hot tub availability may temporarily be restricted during prolonged dry periods due to local fire safety rules.

EuroParcs may require a security deposit before arrival for guests staying in a holiday home. After departure, the accommodation will be inspected, and the deposit will be refunded within approximately three weeks if no damages, missing items, or disturbances are identified. Additional charges may apply where necessary. Guests are kindly requested to follow property rules and respect fellow guests to help ensure a smooth refund process. Please note that a higher deposit may be required during major events and festivals.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
