The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double fold-away bed and six single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heater. In addition there is a porch, a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a sauna and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a washbasin and two showers.

Set beside a tranquil lake with a direct waterway to the Ruiten AA canal, it’s the perfect setting for a morning canoe, an afternoon on the veranda, or a quiet evening by the fire as the sun dips below the horizon.

Inside, the villa blends rustic charm with contemporary elegance. The bright, open living room features a cozy wood-burning stove and soft seating around a Smart TV, an inviting space for shared laughter and slow mornings. The kitchen-diner at the back of the house is designed for togetherness, equipped with every convenience from Nespresso and filter coffee makers to a dishwasher and combination microwave and opening through French doors onto the veranda and terrace, where meals come with a view of the water.

With space for all, the ground floor includes a bedroom with two luxurious single box-spring beds and a private bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable double bedrooms, a charming double box bed, and a second bathroom complete with a Finnish sauna, the perfect reward after a day outdoors.

Outside, the home blossoms with color and life: a flower garden in front, a quiet terrace overlooking the lake, and another shaded spot under the veranda. Enjoy the charcoal BBQ, take the SUP board out on the canal, or simply relax and let nature’s rhythm slow your own. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
