This is an attractive holiday home with 3 bedrooms in Lauwersoog. It is located close to the Waddenzee and is ideal for families. It can accommodate 6 people. The beach is only 1 km away. You can take nice trips to the island of Schiermonnikoog, where you can spot seals or fish for shrimp. You can make beautiful bike rides at the Lauwersmeer, which offers an interesting landscape and is a real bird paradise. The Lauwersmeer is only 600 m away and also offers exciting water sports opportunities. There is a restaurant and a supermarket 600 m away. The house is nicely furnished with a fireplace and a loft. In the spacious garden you will find a terrace where you can relax. You also have 3 bicycles. If you want to use the bubble bath, this is possible when booking a midweek or a full week. For a weekend only in consultation with the owner. The costs for the bubble bath are collected by the owner before the stay.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 105,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
