The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heater, a TV, a DVD player and a stair gate. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a garden and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, a shower, a bath and two toilets.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a stove and a dishwasher.

Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Details

Please note that fitters, construction workers and other business travelers are not allowed in this property. Even if you have made a booking, you will not be granted access to the accommodation. We rent exclusively for tourist purposes and thank you for your understanding.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
