The holiday home for 24 persons has 12 bathrooms and 12 bedrooms and is equipped with 12 double beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with 12 radios, 12 televisions and a heather. In addition there is a terrace, a garden, a trampoline and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with 15 washbasins, 12 showers, 14 toilets, five baths and 12 hairdryers.

The holiday home has two freezers, two fridges, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, two ovens, a microwave and two dishwashers.

Situated on the edge of the Veluwe near Teuge Airport, this unique group accommodation is perfect for family gatherings, get-togethers with friends, or multi-day training sessions. The property features 12 spacious, stylishly decorated bedrooms, each with its own large bathroom. With the living room, dining room, kitchen, and four bedrooms (complete with bathrooms) all located on the ground floor, the villa is also ideally suited for care groups; guests with disabilities particularly enjoy staying here.

Guests can enjoy the spacious garden and watch skydivers landing from nearby Teuge Airport. The Veluwe region offers numerous local attractions, such as Palace 't Loo, De Apenheul, and nearby golf courses. The villa is reserved exclusively for your group; there are no other guests on the premises.

The modern design combines flexibility and functionality, making it ideal for both relaxation and productive retreats. You can prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. For meetings or training sessions, you can make use of the adjacent facility known as 'De Vergaderfabriek' (The Meeting Factory); feel free to ask us about the options.

The spacious garden features various cozy seating areas and a lounge set. A trampoline and playhouse are available for children.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
