Six bedrooms across two floors accommodate 14 guests: four have two single beds, one has four single beds, and a box bed provides sleeping space for two more guests. A large garden surrounds the villa, while the furnished terrace offers a pleasant place to gather outdoors. EuroParcs De Zanding is located in Otterlo among the forests and heathlands of the Veluwe. Explore De Hoge Veluwe National Park and the Kröller-Müller Museum, or discover the surrounding cycling and walking routes. The park also offers an indoor swimming pool, a natural swimming lake, playgrounds, a restaurant, a mini market, wellness facilities, and bike rental, providing plenty to enjoy between outings.

- EuroParcs may require a security deposit before arrival for stays in holiday homes. After departure, the property will be inspected, and the deposit will generally be refunded within approximately three weeks, provided there are no damages, missing items, or disturbances. Any applicable additional costs may be deducted from the deposit. Guests are asked to follow the property rules and respect other guests to help ensure a smooth refund process. A higher deposit may apply during major events and festivals.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
