This modern, detached, single-storey holiday home is located in the recently opened holiday park Marina Strandbad, 1.7 km from the small town of Olburgen. Marina Strandbad is located on the banks of Het Zwarte Schaar, almost directly on the river IJssel, 20 km southwest of the Hanseatic city of Zutphen.

This cleverly arranged holiday home is furnished in a complete and pleasant way; small is beautiful. In addition to the living room with smart TV, there also is an open plan kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and microwave. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds. box-spring beds, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup. The bathroom has a shower and a separate toilet.

Through the patio doors, you can reach the terrace with garden furniture. There's parking for one car at the holiday home.

At holiday park Marina Strandbad, various holiday homes and tiny houses can be booked for two to six people. The holiday park is under development. It's possible that there will be construction work during your stay. Any inconvenience will be kept to a minimum as much as possible.

EuroParcs may require a security deposit before arrival for guests staying in a holiday home. After departure, the accommodation will be inspected, and the deposit will be refunded within approximately three weeks if no damages, missing items, or disturbances are identified. Additional charges may apply where necessary. Guests are kindly requested to follow property rules and respect fellow guests to help ensure a smooth refund process. Please note that a higher deposit may be required during major events and festivals.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
