In the holiday home you will find kitchen textiles (for rent), bed linnen (compulsory rental) and bathroom textiles (for rent).

This holiday park is located in Lathum, near Rheden, and offers comfortable accommodation, an ideal base for exploring the area. The park has a variety of accommodation, including chalets that are perfect for family holidays and mobile homes that can accommodate up to 8 people for a family weekend. In addition, the park is located on the water and has numerous facilities, including a children's playground, tennis court and marina.

This new Zaandam Houseboat is a unique holiday accommodation for up to 4 people, located on the water. This houseboat offers you an unforgettable holiday experience with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. This accommodation features a kettle, coffee maker and refrigerator. Enjoy the beautiful view. Unfortunately, cooking is not possible on the houseboat, but you can use the microwave. The houseboat has a bedroom with a double bed, making it perfect for couples who want to stay together. There is an additional bedroom with a bunk bed, so you can stay with 4 people. Stay in the Houseboat and experience the ultimate holiday experience. Enjoy the luxury of the houseboat and the beauty of nature, all in a beautiful location on the water.
Please note that during high season (April to October) you can use the shower facilities in the harbour. However, there is a toilet in the houseboat.

There is a wide range of activities for all ages at our park. Enjoy swimming in the Rhederlaag or in our swimming pool, which has a toddler area. You can relax on the private beach and dine in our restaurant. Have a drink on the terrace while your children have fun in the playground or visit the petting zoo. Rent a boat, play bingo or join in a welcome dance. In high season our recreation team organizes various activities and the supermarket is open again this season. The park is open all year round and nearby you will find indoor swimming pools and bowling centres. Furthermore, the longest indoor ski hall in the world is located in Bottrop about an hour away. At the weekend you can enjoy the cosy atmosphere of our pub.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
