The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with a bunk bed, a double bed and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot (public). The badroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stovetop, a convection microwave, a coffee maker and a stove.

An optional utilities and service fee of EUR 100,00 will be charged before your arrival. Details are given below.

Moreover, the recreation and nature reserve has been laid out on a floodplain with clear water, which offers a varied landscape. There is always something to do here, whatever the weather. For nature lovers walking and cycling, and plenty of beaches for water sports enthusiasts. In the cozy Kerkdriel you can do your shopping, and there are plenty of recreational opportunities in the area. In the open kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals for your loved ones and enjoy the meal in the dining room. The bedrooms are comfortable for providing peaceful sleep. You can park the car in the public parking lot.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 100,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
