The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, a double bed and a single sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. This brand-new chalet was completed in June 2025. As you can see, the garden is still being landscaped, but the chalet itself is fully finished and ready for your stay. You can already access the chalet via the completed path and make use of the garden furniture to start enjoying your holiday right away. You will truly be staying in the heart of nature - an ideal spot for couples or a family with two children. The French doors open directly onto the natural garden, where you can fully relax. In the morning, you'll wake up to the sound of birds singing and squirrels playing nearby - a wonderful way to start your day. The bedrooms are comfortably and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped and even includes inspiring cookbooks, so you can prepare delicious (and healthy) meals yourself. The location is perfect: close to beautiful nature reserves, national parks, recreational areas, and charming villages like Hattem and Wezep. The lively Hanseatic city of Zwolle is also just a stone's throw away - ideal for a day of shopping or enjoying the city's vibrant atmosphere.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
