The holiday home for 7 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed or two single beds, a double bed, two single beds and a single sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions and a heather. In addition there is a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a patio, a garden, a bar, a terrace, a billiard and an air conditioner and there are two bicycle parkings. You can park your car on a parking lot (public). The badroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a washbasin, a hairdryer and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has two washing machines, a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, two dishwashers, a microwave, two coffee makers and an oven.

Outside, you can enjoy your own enclosed garden – a rare luxury in the city center. Here, you can relax on the terrace, barbecue, or sit outside in the evening with the patio heater.

Nothing is lacking in terms of comfort: air conditioning, a washing machine, dryer, robot vacuum cleaner, and free Wi-Fi are available. Towels, made-up beds, and toiletries are ready for you. Your pets are also very welcome (maximum five dogs), and thanks to the fenced garden, they can safely join in the fun.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
