The holiday home for 7 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed or two single beds, a double bed, two single beds and a single sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions and a heather. In addition there is a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a patio, a garden, a bar, a terrace, a billiard and an air conditioner and there are two bicycle parkings. You can park your car on a parking lot (public). The badroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a washbasin, a hairdryer and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has two washing machines, a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge-freezer.

There are two cozy bedrooms, the master bedroom of which has a 50-inch smart TV with Ambilight and an infrared massage mattress for extra relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, air fryer, Dolce Gusto, and filter coffee maker. In addition, various extra amenities are available, such as a washing machine, dryer, robot vacuum cleaner, wireless charging, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi, so you'll want for nothing during your stay.

Pets are very welcome: up to five dogs can safely enjoy the enclosed garden and the house.

Thanks to its central location, supermarkets, shops, bakeries, cafés, museums, the Groenlo canals, and parks are all within walking distance. This makes the apartment an excellent base for exploring the region. Discover beautiful hiking and cycling routes, visit nearby towns like Winterswijk and Zutphen, or spot flamingos just across the border in Germany, just five kilometers away. Cultural highlights, such as the National Museum of the Eighty Years' War, are right on your doorstep.

This is also an attractive destination for families with children: the new indoor amusement park Bommelwereld is within walking distance. Other attractions in the area include the fortified town of Groenlo, the local brewery, escape rooms, the Open Air Museum in Lievelde, and Thermen Bussloo (approximately 50 km away). The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
