General

The holiday home for 7 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed or two single beds, a double bed, two single beds and a single sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions and a heather. In addition there is a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a patio, a garden, a bar, a terrace, a billiard and an air conditioner and there are two bicycle parkings. You can park your car on a parking lot (public). The badroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a washbasin, a hairdryer and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has two washing machines, a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, two dishwashers, a microwave, two coffee makers and an oven.

The apartment features a spacious living room with a 65-inch smart TV, sound bar, and sofa bed, two bedrooms (one with a 50-inch smart TV and infrared massage mattress), and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, air fryer, gourmet raclette set, Dolce Gusto, and coffee maker.

Extras such as air conditioning, a washing machine, dryer, robot vacuum, and free Wi-Fi complete your stay. Towels, kitchenware, made beds, and toiletries are included. Pets are welcome (maximum five dogs). Groenlo is a fortified town with old fortifications, bastions, and grachten, where you can walk, cycle, and go boating. Art, culture, history, nature, and gourmet enjoyment converge here.

Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
