The fully equipped kitchen includes modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, and a DE coffee machine with coffee cups supplied—ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or preparing a family meal.The bathroom is designed for convenience and cleanliness, featuring a shower, sink, and toilet. There’s also room for a cot, making this accommodation suitable for guests traveling with young children.Step outside to enjoy the garden furniture, perfect for al fresco dining or unwinding in the fresh air. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
