General

The holiday home for 16 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with a bunk bed and 14 single beds. The holiday home is equipped with two DVD players, a heather, two televisions and a fireplace. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a barbecue, a bicycle, a jacuzzi, a tennis court, a terrace, a garden, a swimming pool, a sandbox and a trampoline. The badroom is equipped with two showers, three toilets and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment and a cot and there are two high chairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

From the house, you can walk or cycle straight into the Veluwe, along extensive forest paths, heathlands and picturesque landscapes. A short distance away are Lake Veluwe and Lake Zandenplas, an idyllic lake with a sandy beach where you can relax on summer days. Cosy towns such as Nunspeet, Harderwijk and Epe are also nearby. There are plenty of excursions for young and old, such as the Dolfinarium, Walibi Holland, the Apenheul and the Zwaluwhoeve wellness resort.
The holiday home is fully equipped for group stays and is particularly suitable for families with children. Inside, you can enjoy living space and comfort, while outside, a large, green garden with several terraces invites you to relax and socialise. The highlight is the spacious, partially covered campfire area, where you can gather for long, cosy evenings until the early hours.

As an added bonus, guests can make use of the extensive facilities at the adjacent Capfun campsite. These include heated outdoor swimming pools, an indoor swimming pool, water slides, an indoor playground, a petting zoo, tennis courts and various other recreational facilities for all ages.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
