Located approximately 1 km from the village center of Valthe and 8 km north of Emmen, the holiday home offers convenient access to nearby attractions such as Emmen Zoo, the Hunebedcentrum in Borger, and various walking and cycling routes through forest and heathland. Valthe features a few local shops and cafes, while Emmen provides more extensive shopping and dining options. The nearest train station is in Emmen, with regular connections to other Dutch cities, and regional bus services are also available. The setting is ideal for nature lovers seeking tranquility away from tourist crowds.

This practical yet well-equipped accommodation includes a modern open kitchen with a refrigerator (with freezer compartment), combi-microwave, gas hob, coffee maker, and kettle. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
