The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, essential cookware and tableware, a coffee maker, and a four-burner gas stove.The accommodation has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Each guest is provided with a duvet and pillow; extra blankets may be needed on colder nights.The bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and shower. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
