The holiday home for 16 persons has five bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds and five double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a table tennis table, a barbecue, a conservatory, a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a football table, a bicycle parking and a bar. The badroom is equipped with seven toilets, seven washbasins, five showers and a bath.

The holiday home has a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker (espresso machine), a stove, an oven and a dishwasher.

The spacious living room with cozy lounge areas and a fireplace is perfect for socializing. There's also a well-equipped kitchen and a welcoming bar. The conservatory opens onto a private terrace overlooking the water. From your own private jetty, you can board the boat or take a refreshing dip.

For those seeking adventure, the owner offers a large sloop that can accommodate up to 12 people. Inside, there's a recreation room with a foosball table and various games for entertainment. Bringing or renting bikes? Storage is available. For a carefree culinary experience, the owner can arrange for professional chefs to prepare a delicious dinner on site upon request. This accommodation offers the perfect blend of freedom, tranquility, and space for an unforgettable experience with family and friends.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
