General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a balcony, a terrace, a garden and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

You will be staying in a detached VIlla on a quiet, well-kept plot within walking distance of the IJsselmeer beach and the marina. The holiday home faces south-west, so you can enjoy the midday and evening sun on the terrace. You can jump straight into the water from your own private jetty and then relax and sunbathe on the loggia. The large garden invites you to relax. The detached villa takes its name from the neighbouring largest inland lake in the Netherlands, as the Ijsselmeer used to be called Sudersee.
The view from the balcony is unique - as is the location in Waterpark It Soal.

The ground floor, approximately 70 m² in size, consists of the following rooms: A living room with flatscreen TV and separee; a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, coffee machine and dining area; a bedroom with double bed and an adjoining bathroom with shower and bidet. Guest WC. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms, a loggia and a spacious bathroom.

The holiday home is within walking distance of the IJsselmeer, which also offers opportunities for swimming, kitesurfing and surfing.
Courses can be booked with Soal Surf and our boat can also be hired.
A trip by bike, boat or on foot to the cosy little town of Workum - approx. 2.5 km away - is ideal. The town itself offers everything you need: Aldi, Poeisz (similar to Edeka or Rewe), small boutiques, chemists.
The picturesque market square of the eleven-city tour town invites you to linger with its cafés and restaurants.
For smaller purchases, you can also walk towards the beach. There is a Spar shop there that provides you with fresh bread rolls in the morning.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
