The holiday home for 15 persons has two bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with a double sofa bed and 13 single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a heather, a TV and a CD player. In addition there is a sandbox, a garden, a table tennis table, a jacuzzi, a terrace, a football table, a set of garden furniture and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, two washbasins and two showers.

The holiday home has two fridge-freezers, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment, a high chair, a playpen and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee maker.

Life moves a little slower out in the Drenthe countryside, and this detached farmhouse makes the most of it. Surrounded by open fields and cycling routes, the house sleeps up to 15 guests and works especially well for extended families or groups looking for long outdoor days followed by relaxed evenings back together around the table.

The atmosphere here feels easy and unfussy in the best way. Children usually disappear toward the garden or games area while the adults settle into slower lunches outside or cycle rides through the surrounding countryside. Indoors, the farmhouse stays warm and comfortable during colder months with spacious communal areas designed more for gathering together than formal entertaining.

Walking and cycling routes begin directly around the property, while restaurants and cafés can be reached within roughly 2 km. TT Circuit Assen lies around 30 minutes away and attracts motorsport fans throughout the year. Guests looking for quieter nature spots should visit Drents-Friese Wold National Park, known for forests, heathlands, and peaceful cycling trails through one of the Netherlands’ largest nature reserves. The nearby villages are also worth exploring slowly by bike rather than car, especially during summer afternoons.

Pets are welcome at the property. Several pet-friendly cafes in the region welcome you and your four-legged friends, ensuring mealtimes are enjoyable for the whole family after a day of exploration.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
