The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a sandbox, a set of garden furniture, a garden, a terrace and a sauna. The badroom is equipped with two showers, two toilets, a bath and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

This villa is suitable for 8 people and is uniquely situated, entirely detached, in the middle of a large plot of land/meadow. It is ideal if you are looking for privacy and tranquility. The spacious living room features a comfortable seating area and a dining table for 8 people.

The open kitchen is equipped with, among other things, an induction hob, fridge-freezer, combination microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and kettle.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (both with a double bed), and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. In the basement, there are two bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds), and a bathroom with a bath, sink, and toilet. The shower is equipped with a macerator. Here you will also find a wonderful sauna to relax in.

This villa is beautifully situated in the unique rolling Gaasterland landscape, amidst land and water, forest and meadow, lakes and trees, near the IJsselmeer. These ingredients make this area one of the most beautiful regions of Friesland. Take the car or hop on a bike; This villa is located a stone's throw from the epic Elfstedenroute, but also near Oudemirdum, Sneek, Langweer, Workum, the watersports town of Lemmer, the smallest Elfsteden town of Sloten, picturesque Hindeloopen, and other beautiful places in stunning Friesland. Sondel is situated about 5 km from Lake Slotermeer. You can therefore enjoy watersports, rent a sloop or sailboat on Lake Slotermeer, or go kitesurfing on Lake IJsselmeer.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
