The holiday home for 60 persons has seven bathrooms and 21 bedrooms and is equipped with a double box bed, a single folding bed, six bunk beds, a single sofa bed, six double beds, 36 single beds and a doubter bed. The holiday home is equipped with four stereos, two radios, seven televisions, two CD players, an infrared sauna, a heather, a DVD player and two fireplaces. In addition there is a barbecue, a terrace, a billiard, a hot tub, a garden, a fitness equipment, a set of garden furniture, a table tennis table and a football table. The badroom is equipped with ten showers, 23 washbasins, two baths, 15 toilets and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has two freezers, three washing machines and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment and there are four high chairs, four cots and two playpens.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with three dishwashers, three microwaves, an oven and four stoves.

This luxury farmhouse is situated in Pingjum. Ideal for groups of families or friends, there are 21 bedrooms and can accommodate 60 guests. It has all modern amenities including an infrared sauna for you to have a great holiday.

The lake is 5 km from the home if you wish to explore nature at its best. The nearest supermarkets are only 3 km away. Take out all your clan for a lovely dinner at a restaurant only 1 km away. Enjoy a sunny day at the beach only 5 km from the stay.

Two living rooms have fireplaces, stereo unit, video projector (paid) and projection screen to enjoy a lovely movie evening indoors. Fitness equipment is in place for you to stay active without compromising on your routine. Billiards, table tennis table, and table football are kept for recreational purposes. For kids, high chair, playpen and play equipment are available. A maximum of 5 pets can be brought to the property at a rate of € 10/Pet/Stay.

Check-in begins from 4-8 PM and check-out are from 9-10 AM.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
