This well-insulated and modern yet cozy holiday apartment, located in a small wooded park in the Fonteinwald forest, 1 km from the IJsselmeer shore in the village of Oudemirdum, features a living room with panoramic forest views and a modern, open-plan, and fully equipped kitchen. Amenities include digital TV with ARD, ZDF, WDR, and NDR channels, internet/Wi-Fi, a stereo system, and a Blu-ray player.

There is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds, and a second toilet.

The house has central heating and a fireplace. Two bicycles and two reclining chairs are also available. If you spend a week here, you'll definitely want to stay longer.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
