With its charming interior and close proximity to the beach, it is the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday by the sea. Inside the bungalow, you will find a spacious living/dining room with a cosy sofa, two armchairs and a flat-screen TV on a sideboard. A dining table with five chairs invites you to enjoy meals together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything a hobby chef's heart desires - from a dishwasher and ceramic hob to a wide range of kitchen appliances. Two lovingly decorated bedrooms with comfortable double beds, complemented by a bunk bed in one of the rooms, offer peace and quiet. The bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin with towel radiator as well as a practical washing machine complete the offer.

Outside, you will find a spacious 250 m² garden with a sun terrace, garden furniture and a parasol. Depending on the weather and wind, you will find additional seating here. The garden borders directly on the dyke, so you can be on the beach of the IJsselmeer within a few minutes' walk. A storage room on the terrace offers space for bicycles and beach toys. There is also a garage for your car in the car park.

The surrounding area offers a perfect mix of relaxation and activity. The sandy beach, just 250 metres away, slopes gently into the Ijsselmeer and promises fun for children and pleasure for swimmers. Play equipment on the beach, a nearby indoor swimming pool and various marinas in the vicinity are inviting. The historic town centre of Lemmer, with Dutch shops and supermarkets for daily shopping, is only 1.2 km away. You will find cosy cafés and restaurants along the canal. There is plenty of choice for active holidaymakers: From surfing and sailing to cycling tours and city strolls in the region.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
