In the heart of Friesland, in the water sports village of Grou, you'll find this modern, detached, child-friendly holiday home with a private jetty. An ideal and very comfortable holiday home for one or two families!
It's wonderful to sit outside in the south-facing garden by the water whenever the sun shines. Both in summer and winter, you can step straight into a sloop from the terrace to sail the impressive waters around Grou and the Alde Feanen. Ideal for families or friends.
Grou is a water sports village with many activities. It's located right in the middle of Friesland, near Leeuwarden. You can rent a sloop just 500 meters from this holiday home. An ideal spot for water lovers, peace and quiet, and nature!
The ground floor of the house features a living room with an open-plan kitchen overlooking the garden and water. There's also play equipment for children in the garden. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Prepare a delicious meal in no time in the well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
