The holiday home for 12 persons has two bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, a bunk bed and four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a heater and a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a conservatory, a set of garden furniture and a garden and there are two air conditioners. The badroom is equipped with five washbasins, three toilets, two showers and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Take the ferry from the reception and within minutes you will be in the historic center of Grou, full of local charm. Day trips to the Frisian capital of Leeuwarden offer cultural highlights such as the Fries Museum.

Dining in and around Grou is a real treat. Just 400 yards away, Oan't Wetter offers waterfront views and serves local dishes. For a relaxed lunch or a drink at sunset, head to Het Theehuis—a favorite among locals, located on the waterfront.You can do your fresh grocery shopping at the nearby supermarket, and it's easy to rent a boat or bicycle so you can explore this beautiful region while enjoying all the comforts of home.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
