General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a radio, a heather, a stereo and a CD player. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, an atmospheric fireplace, a terrace and a barbecue and there are two gardens. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, a bath, a toilet and two showers.

The holiday home has a fridge, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a convection microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a stove.

There is a lake/open water less than 100 meter. There is a mall nearby, in 4 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Zeedijk I in Franeker you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
