Our spacious, south-facing holiday apartment is located on the first floor of the renowned "Amelander Paradijs" building – an elevator is available!

The apartment offers approximately 75 square meters of living space, comfortably accommodating four people. The living room features a flat-screen TV (satellite reception with many German channels), a DVD player, and a stereo system.

The new kitchenette includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and oven. Our apartment has two bedrooms (one with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, and access to the balcony; the other with two single beds (90 x 2.00 m)) and a spacious balcony furnished with comfortable garden furniture.

The bathroom has a shower and a large vanity; the toilet is separate.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
