The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a tennis court, a garden, an atmospheric fireplace, a terrace, a swimming pool, a boules court and a set of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, four washbasins, a bath and two showers.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless), a fridge and a freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, a convection microwave, a coffee maker and a dishwasher.

This comfortably furnished family home is located at Buitenplaats Hosterwold in Zeewolde, surrounded by a landscaped garden on the water's edge. The house is fully equipped and offers access to the communal swimming pool. Ideal for families or nature and outdoor sports enthusiasts, groups of young people are not permitted. A camp bed and high chair are available. The ground floor features a spacious, sunny living room with cosy seating, decorative fireplace, dining table, and direct access to the terrace and garden. Also on this level is a bedroom with a double bed and an adjacent bathroom with bathtub, shower, double washbasin, and toilet. The first floor has two more bedrooms-one double and one with two single beds-and a second bathroom with shower, two washbasins, and toilet. The house is non-smoking with smoke and fire detectors, CCTV for safety, and dogs are not permitted. The ample space in both house and garden makes it perfect for a relaxing family holiday.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 295,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
