The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with an infrared sauna, a stereo, a TV and a heather. In addition there is a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a garden and a bicycle parking and there are two air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four toilets, three showers and four washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a tumble dryer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a convection microwave, a dishwasher, two coffee makers, a stovetop, an oven and a microwave.

Parking is available, and a charging station for electric cars is nearby (fee applies). Zeewolde centre is 11 km away, with shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. Flevostrandmeer beach is 3.8 km, water sports 4 km, and a nearby golf course offers leisure opportunities. Amsterdam and Alkmaar can be visited on day trips. The villa is in a fireworks-free zone; no loud music is allowed, and the park is quiet after 22:00. Energy-efficient with label A++++, it is for recreational use only. Student groups, bachelor parties, and company bookings are prohibited.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 230,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
