This detached, comfortable holiday home is located directly on the water in the spacious De Bloemert Waterpark holiday park on the Zuidlaardermeer lake. It is located on the edge of the province of Drenthe, 3 km from the village of Zuidlaren, close to nature parks such as the Drentsche Aa National Park and De Hondsrug Geopark. The beautiful city center of Groningen is 18 km away.

Located in the water-rich part of the holiday park, the holiday home is comfortably and fully furnished and extends over two floors. The ground floor features a living room with a TV and an open-plan kitchen, equipped with a combi-microwave and a dishwasher, among other amenities. A separate toilet is located in the hallway. A storage room with a washing machine and dryer completes the complex. The first floor features three bedrooms, two of which each have two single box-spring beds. In one of these bedrooms, the two single beds are arranged together to form a double bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. A cot, highchair, and stair gate are standard. In addition to the stairs, the holiday home has a few steps.

Outside, you'll find a garden with a waterfront terrace, garden furniture, and a jetty. Parking is available for one car directly at the holiday home. The holiday park also offers central parking.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
