General

The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a garden (fenced), an air conditioner, a terrace and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is playground equipment.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a dishwasher.

High-quality, spacious chalet with large living room with open-plan kitchen. Comfortable seating area for 5 people with leather sofas and armchairs. Large dining table with plenty of space.
Air conditioning in living room and bedrooms. Kitchen with oven, Nespresso and dishwasher, toaster, milk frother, kettle. Directly on the Leekstermeer. Unique, quiet neighbourhood. Directly at the nature reserve "de Omlanden". 10 minutes by car to the centre of Groningen.
Large sunny outdoor area and covered seating area with large dining table and 6 chairs. All mattresses were renewed in 2024.
The complete bathroom was renewed in November 2025.

The accommodation
Very spacious living room with open-plan kitchen. Comfortable seating area for 5 people. Large dining table.

Access for guests
Access everywhere except the garden shed. That's where we keep our personal belongings.

Further important information
Plenty of space in the chalet for 4/5 people. Public transport is not great. If you can, bring a bike. Fantastic routes in and through the nature reserve "Onlanden" and Leekstermeer. There is a locker and you don't have to check in anywhere.
Bring a few Nespresso cups and tabs for the dishwasher.
Waste and glass can be disposed of at the entrance to the park.
We are happy if you don't leave anything behind in the house.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
