The fully furnished holiday apartment is located in Budva, Montenegro. It is approximately a 7-10 minute walk from the beach and off of one of the main streets in Budva where it's bustling with people, surrounded by grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, and cafes.

The private terrace is equipped with garden furniture and two garden loungers. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the house clean, minimalistic and bright. There are three bedrooms, two with a single bed each and a master bedroom with a Queen size bed. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
