This is a family seafront apartment that has been furnished to a good standard and has excellent sea and mountain views. Great location, close to the beach, 5 meters from sea.

The village of Dobrota is famous for its numerous sunny days and has plenty of aquatic life, such as mussels and different types of fish, and fishermen have been fishing for over four hundred years under its old oak-trees. The location is perfect for guests, as its well connected to the towns of Kotor, Perast and Herceg Novi; which are all reachable by local transport buses. The Boka Bay cannot praise itself for having sandy and delightful beaches, however it is such a pleasure to experience its peaceful setting and mountain views. There is a special atmosphere in this region and guests will experience peace and privacy with nature. The surrounding towns have plenty to offer and guests in this area will have a great choice of excellent restaurants, cafes, shops, bars and nightlife.The apartment is easily reachable by walk, car or bus. The bus stop is just 2 min walk from the front door as are numerous bus routes. It is located 2 km / 15 min by walk from the old town of Kotor. Taxi from apartment to Old Town 2,5e. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
