The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a terrace, a swimming pool (private), an air conditioner, a garden and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

We warmly welcome you to our Villa Coco Cherie, where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday away from mass tourism in an idyllic location on the north-east coast of Mauritius. The northern part of Roches Noires belongs to the district of Riviere du Rempart, the southern part is in the district of Flacq. South of the village is the Parc national de Bras d''Eau, a designated national park.

Our villa is designed for self-catering.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and, if required, an additional bed for children can be placed in each bedroom. There is also a living room with a Smart TV where you can receive channels in different languages and a seating area. A fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a dining area where you can enjoy your freshly prepared meals are also available in the villa. The villa also has 2 bathrooms with shower, washbasin and WC. There is also a washing machine in a separate room. The rooms are all air-conditioned.

The property is detached and there is a 10 metre long private pool for guests. There is also a terrace with a large table and 6 chairs, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the garden and the pool. Furthermore, the garden is equipped with 4 sun loungers, a table with 2 benches, a parasol and a charcoal barbecue.

There are also 2 bicycles at your disposal. On request, we can organise excursions for you, such as water sports and boat trips. Free internet and WLAN are available throughout the accommodation. We also offer a continental breakfast. The rental price includes the final cleaning and, at your request, additional cleaning during your stay in the villa.
We can organise your airport transfer and car hire for you. If you have any questions, please contact us, the landlord is there for you on site and speaks English and French.

The most popular beaches along Roches Noires are Poste de Flacq Beach, Belle Mare Beach. Directly behind Villa Coco Cherie there is also a small quiet bay about 5 minutes walk away, where you can enjoy the Indian Ocean in all its beauty and tranquillity. The next larger town, Flacq, can be reached by car in about 20 minutes. Flacq is one of the most important villages in Mauritius, where you can always visit a typical tropical market on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
